The founding vision
A closer connection.
Between people and power.
01 / Our founder
A purpose.
Then, a team.
Behind every instrument is a person asking how the work could be done better.
That is the idea at the heart of CSD: connect the people designing instruments with the people relying on them in the field. Keep the conversation practical, the thinking curious and the work grounded in the task.
Our founder’s story belongs here — the first challenge, the early decisions and the people who helped turn an idea into a company. It is a story we want to tell in their own words.

02 / Leadership & team
Different strengths.
One shared standard.
The people behind every instrument. Select anyone to read how they shape the work.
